“Travel Destinations of The World,”  is the theme of the 2010 Coronation Ball of Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club being held Friday, February 12.

Selected to reign as King Zulu is Jimmie L. Felder. His queen is Sheila Barnes Mathieu.

Also part of the evening’s pageantry will be the presentation of 44 of this Carnival Season’s debutants. The Queen’s Royal Court includes Bruce Thomas, Charge D` Affaire; Jamie Johnson and Stephen J. Jefferson, Queen’s Warriors; Crown Princess Kiala Felder-Furr; Princess Duke Dusty Furr; Imperial Princess Loryn T. Jefferson; and Imperial Prince Stephen F. Jefferson. The Queen’s attendants were Shantrell McGill-Johnson, Daisny Davis, Lastenia Carney, Ragan Collins, and Yolanda Stewart.

Andrew “Pete” Sanchez, Jr., Chairman Of Carnival Activities, and Brian Sims, Chairman of Coronation serve as coordinators of the Coronation activities while, Clarence A. Becknell, Sr., Historian, served as the official Master of Ceremony.

Charles E. Hamilton Jr., is President of the Zulu organization.

Providing the evening’s entertainment will be R&B artists En Vogue and Eric Benet.
