The Louisiana Weekly is preparing to resume mailing to our very faithful and loyal subscribers after almost a year of having to suspend this service as a result of Hurricane Katrina and the ensuing flooding that occurred as a result of poorly constructed levees by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

We need your help, however. Many of our records were lost or destroyed. IF you were an active subscriber before August 29, 2005, please let us know by putting down your name, current address, phone number etc. Please check the appropriate box stating that you are a subscriber. Also please indicate if the address listed is new or the same as it was on August 29, 2005. If it is new, please provide your old address.
